The Artistic Val d'Orcia
What you'll do
This is a unique opportunity to give space to your creativity!! Have you ever thought you could paint with wine? Or maybe you believed you could only drink it from a glass?
Well, in this experience you’ll drop in on an unordinary wine cellar that prefers to be called an educational laboratory. Indeed, not only you will taste different wines grown in the Montalcino area, but also you will paint your personal canvas with the noble wine lees, the sediments that settle on the bottom of the barrique after the fermentation of the wine. Of course you’ll take your artwork with you as an unforgettable memory of your day in Val d’Orcia!
Moreover, you’ll walk on the breathtaking hills that are typical of Val d’Orcia (remember the movie Gladiator?) and also to the well known cypress woods where you can take stunning pictures of you and your group, always surrounded by the beauty and peace of the rural countryside.

Duration: about 4h
Meeting time*:
- 9AM if the experience starts in the morning
- 3PM if it starts in the afternoon
*the exact time will be always agreed with participants

- a sun hat in case a hot day arises
